The Condition Report is the seller's responsibility:

The Condition Report is optional for the seller, however, usually the buyer will ask about the property's condition, and as the seller you are liable for hidden defects, nevertheless, if You have had the above condition report prepared, You have fulfilled your disclosure.

The Condition Report is the buyer's security:
